Returns and refunds explained

Return window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Open a support ticket with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We email you a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Drop the package at any carrier location.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Shipping charges are refunded only when the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
