Where to find tracking

As soon as your order ships we email a confirmation with a tracking link. You can also find it under Orders in your account.

Reading tracking statuses

• Pre-transit — the label was created; the carrier has not scanned the package yet.
• In transit — the package is moving. Updates can lag by a few hours.
• Delivered — check around your property and with neighbors; carriers sometimes mark delivered a few minutes early.
