Starting your first conversation with the AI assistant
How to open the chat, use suggested questions, and keep a history of past conversations.
Opening the chat
Click AI Assistant in the top navigation. You will see Pilot's greeting and a few suggested questions to get you started — tap one or type your own.
Suggested questions
The suggestion chips above the message box cover the most common topics: account access, billing, troubleshooting and orders. They are a good way to see what Pilot knows.
Conversation history
If you are signed in, every conversation is saved automatically. Your past conversations appear in the sidebar — click any of them to pick up where you left off. Click New conversation any time to start fresh.
This is a sample article you can edit or delete in the admin dashboard.
